Hogwarts Houses and Myers-Briggs Personality Types

A while back, on one of the threads at the SugarQuill, we were discussing whether or not there was any correlation between Myers-Briggs Personality Types and the "personality types" of the four Hogwarts Houses. I had my own theory on how the Types could be split up into Houses, and without the Quill around, I've had a bit more time on my hands, and I decided to make a quiz to test this. However, in order for this to work, I need a bunch of people to take the quiz. It's not very long - only twelve questions, I think - and the results it gives are fairly detailed, and it comes with a picture, so you can post the results in your journal if you'd like. :) You don't have to know anything about the Myers-Briggs personality types in order to take the quiz, by the way.

Once you had taken the quiz, I would need only very simple feedback: the answers to the two following questions. (You can reply to this post.)

1. Did the quiz sort you into the House that you feel you belong in?

2. Is the description accurate?

(Note: There aren't just four possible results; there are ten. As a result, the descriptions are much more detailed than most quizzes of this sort.)

Anyway, here's the link: Hogwarts Sorting Hat: Based on Myers-Briggs Personality Typing.

Also Note: This quiz does NOT take into account your "choices" as does the Hogwart's Sorting Hat, but rather your personality alone. So, for example, Hermione would be sorted into Ravenclaw - but the description of her personality would be very accurate. As an example, I've filled out the quiz as if I were Hermione, so that you can see what I'm talking about:

Hermione's Results:Collapse )

Another Example: Harry's Results.Collapse )

Many thanks to all those who help me out with this!

Edited to Add: I've revised the quiz to try to make the N/S division and T/F division more accurate. If anyone took the quiz and got the wrong Myers-Briggs type, I'd appreciate if you could take it again and let me know if this new edition is more accurate. Thanks! (The quiz is now quite a bit longer: about eighteen questions instead of twelve.)

ETA2: I've also added another possible result, NFP Ravenclaw.
